Gabrielle Borrero, AAPRN, is the Founder and Clinical Director of Metamorphosis Health, a concierge medical practice devoted to optimizing health, longevity, and vitality through precision-based, preventative medicine. A board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of diverse clinical experience, she graduated with honors from the University of Miami – School of Nursing and Health Studies, completing her advanced practice training. Her clinical preceptorship and early career were shaped at Jackson Memorial Hospital’s ICU and Cardiothoracic Transplant programs — a high-volume tertiary academic center recognized for complex surgical, trauma, and transplant care. There, she developed the clinical precision, disciplined decision-making, and multidisciplinary collaboration required to care for high-acuity and medically complex patients. She has since held advanced practice roles across several of South Florida’s respected hospital systems.

Her approach is rooted in a deep respect for individuality — recognizing that every patient’s biology, genetics, and lifestyle form a unique blueprint for healing. Gabrielle believes that modern medicine should do more than treat disease; it should decode the body’s signals to restore balance before illness begins. Through advanced diagnostics, cardiometabolic risk assessment, hormone and metabolic optimization, obesity medicine, and precision longevity strategies, she helps patients reclaim energy, resilience, and long-term vitality.

Gabrielle has completed advanced postgraduate training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (AFMCP) and holds Advanced Peptide Therapy Clinical Certification through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M)as well as peptide certification through the Seeds Scientific Research & Performance Institute (SSRP Institute). She has also completed the Fundamentals of Obesity Treatment through the Obesity Medicine Association.

In addition, she has undergone specialized training in menopause and hormone optimization through the Heather Hirsch Academy, earning the distinction of Women’s Hormone Therapy Specialist. This designation reflects advanced education in FDA-aligned hormone therapy management for perimenopause and menopause, including clinical trial interpretation, risk-benefit counseling, and evidence-based guidance for women experiencing persistent untreated symptoms. She also integrates hormone optimization strategies for men as part of comprehensive metabolic and longevity care.
